3. Cancellation & Refund Framework

• Standard suite bookings canceled 7 days prior to arrival parameters qualify for full token reversals.
• Cancellations inside the 7-day window prompt complete forfeiture of initial deposit milestones.
• Grand convention space holds or fairytale destination wedding lawn cancellations fall governed under custom layout contracts signed during project registration setup.

4. Resort Policies & Guest Responsibilities

Any clear structural damage to real estate components, rare foliage structures, or custom fine dining spaces caused by negligence will be processed directly under guest financial responsibility profiles.

Aalankrita Resort & Convention works hard to maintain accurate facility descriptions and real-time database accessibility logs. However, we cannot stay liable for temporary functional disruptions induced by extreme weather changes, local infrastructure power cuts, or unforeseen regulatory adjustments beyond our immediate administrative zone.

6. Governing Law

These terms, policy structures, and operational definitions are constructed and processed completely in compliance with Indian legal frameworks. Any functional conflicts or asset disputes relating to system services will fall exclusively under the regulatory jurisdiction of regional local courts.
